This term was befitting….It is often used as an expression of excitement or enlightenment at the very moment you arrived at something. It can be a travel destination, a reminder of a memory or simply something newly discovered.

There is importance of a horizon. Always looking ahead and traveling to new destinations. These images and visuals are are one person’s perspective, but may resonate with a comparable memory of your own….

Tim Krablin is a photographer, born on the east coast of the US, an alumnus of The Rochester Institute of Technology, Photographic Imaging & Sciences, and currently based in the Washington DC DMV area.
Through the photographic medium - graphical narratives stark contrasts and faded imagery often portray his memories that are brief, yet soulful. Tim’s domestic and international travels inspire his quest for tremendous and quiet moments, fleeting thoughts and dreams, and to journal chapters of life and time through imagery and prose.
His creative journey seeks to allow one to pause for a moment and simply escape, reflect and put aside the tangible for all that is our own spiritual experience.
The word, ‘light’, was his first spoken word, one that has influenced his perspectives, life outlook and evident in his body of work, Sky, Water and Land is a culmination of thirty six years of photography, alas, sharing his images and thoughts to a broader audience.
